  • MBSI procures 2 wheelers, 3 wheelers and 4 wheelers and deploys them on rental platforms, on a revenue sharing basis model.
  • MBSI procures and leases the vehicles out to mobility service platforms across India, on an operating lease model.
  • These vehicles are taken on rent by individuals and delivery executives or mobility service riders / captains, which ensures the agenda of creating employment opportunities for Indian youth.
  • MBSI also explores the opportunities to work with last mile delivery platformers, especially with the companies who are keen in deploying EV 2W/3W.

We bring solutions to make life easier for our clients

MBSI sets up their own workshops and spare-parts centres, to service the vehicles leased out to riders and captains across mobility service platforms, as well as the fleet deployed on rental platforms.

Through a dedicated SCM team, spare parts for 2W/3W are sourced from OEM/dealers and reputed OE suppliers,
to ensure industry par standards of products and service, as well as to create a viable proposition for all the stake holders.

After Sales Policy

  • MBSI believes in effective aftersales operations to ensure all the vehicles are serviced as per the highest standards and thereby achieving end user satisfaction.
  • A designated after-sales team works closely with all stakeholders to ensure timely and first-class quality after sales for all vehicles across the fleet.
  • MBSI also believes that the vehicle resale value purely depends on proper maintenance & periodic service of the vehicle using ‘State of the art’ workshop facilities.
  • Continuous training of technicians, supervisors, managers and keeping abreast on latest technologies and instruments are the keys to success.
  • MBSI can provide all types of service for 2W/3W vehicles.
  • MBSI will also carry out major jobs and accidental jobs.
  • MBSI imparts safe riding program for riders, as per request and requirement.

Investment in People & Training

Investing in training our employees and staff is an ongoing process and an important part of the MBSI philosophy.

  • 1 MBSI commits to the development and training of its employees who are trained in India and International markets.
  • 2 MBSI trains the existing riders of 2W/3W on safe riding practice to reduce the number of accidents and longevity of the vehicle lifecycle.
  • 3 Also, MBSI trains the riders on the importance of preventive maintenance of the vehicles through regular meetings and DIY training programs.
  • 4 MBSI trains private mechanics to upskill their knowledge on products and technology like BS 6, F1 technology and other product upgradations.
  • 5 MBSI provides driving classes for youth or women, assist them in securing driving licenses and facilitate them to secure employment. This is done by enrolling them on the Rapido platform and other rental and last mile delivery platformers.
